This course is aims to provide exposure to holistic scouting knowledge and skills toward producing ethical, patriotic and accountable scouts leaders. The course covers the organization, implementation and evaluation of rovers training, ethical leadership, sustainable first aid and scouting skills. To achieve the goals of this course, the members will need to prepare practical reports, sit for written and practocal tests on scouting skills.

Kursus ini bertujuan memberi pendedahan ilmu dan kemahiran asas pengakap yang menyeluruh ke arah melahirkan pemimpin pengakap yang beretika, patriotik dan bertanggungjawab. Kursus ini mencakupi perancangan, perlaksanaan dan penilaian latihan kelanasiswa; kepimpinan beretika, pertolongan cemas mapan dan kemahiran pengakap berterusan. Untuk mencapai matlamat kursus ahli-ahli kelanasiswa perlu menyediakan laporan amali, menduduki ujian bertulis dan praktikal kemahiran pengakap.
